Delivery Skills required are :
Define global ETL and Data Warehouse strategy, architecture, and Centers of Excellence (CoE).
Strong experience on SQL, MySQL and Postgress SQL technologies.
Lead large-scale enterprise ETL, ADF, ADLS, Databricks, and big data initiatives.
Standardize data integration, pipelines, storage, and governance practices across the enterprise.
Mentor senior architects, managers, and practice leads to build enterprise-wide capabilities.
Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security of all ETL and Data Warehouse systems.
Collaborate with executives for technology strategy, cloud adoption, and business alignment.
Drive innovation in data pipelines, big data processing, analytics, and automation.
Oversee enterprise-wide deployment, monitoring, and operational excellence of ETL systems.
People Management
Identify team skill gap and help them fill those gaps on the project.
Support team to resolve project impediments
ensure team is compliant on project and organization process and meet the compliance objective.
Manage Team performance evaluation and feedback
Automation Initiatives: Identify Automation opportunities by critically looking at data points, technology landscape. Propose, Manage and Drive implementation of automation initiatives across teams. Focus on Effort reduction, ticket reduction and error free delivery.
Skill & Competency Management:
Define the job roles across team and the skills that employees need to do these jobs
Assess recruits and employees competencies to determine how well their skills and knowledge match their job requirements
Create development plans to close the skill gaps
Monitor, measure, and repeat to achieve your individual, team goals
Succession Planning: Plan for succession and groom the next generation of technical resources for all critical roles
