Job Details

Job Title: Product Owner

Location: Acton, MA (Remote)

Duration: 6+ Months

Hybrid in Acton, MA. Work schedule will be primarily remote, but must be commutable to the office for on-site meetings as needed.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the desired business outcome and shepherd the features through the development lifecycle to achieve the desired outcomes.

Convert features into user stories, driving alignment and documenting user stories with comprehensive requirements and acceptance criteria

Collaborate with team and stakeholder to build and manage delivery team backlog to ensure alignment on vision, goals and priorities of the product, and streamline the execution of priorities.

Partner with UI/UX team usability studies to bring voice of the customer on a feature to the team

Manage scope within sprint, escalating as needed

Ensure on-time delivery within each sprint

Act as the Product s Subject Matter Expert, providing input into translating business ideas into solutions and features.

Provide input on functional solution. architecture and design. Must have general functional understanding of the platforms utilized by the product. Technical understanding of the platform is a plus.

Be a core contributor in Agile ceremonies including driving backlog refinement activities, user story grooming and sizing efforts.

Work with QA and other IT members to ensure that code is adequately reviewed and tested for functionality and security. Ensure completed Stories meet the definition of DONE.

Work with other Product Owners to ensure there is a coordinated approach across the entire Omnipod Ecosystem.

Anticipate issues and risks (such as security and regulatory) and escalate appropriately.

Facilitate risk assessment with business stakeholders and ensure completion of validation activities. Experience with GxP validation a plus

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree and demonstrable work experience.

Experience with SFDC CRM, SFDC Communities, Drupal, and Marketing Cloud preferred

3+ years of experience using Agile methodologies related to Product Owner role

Familiar with Software Development technologies and platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.

Experience in global cross-functional groups that include QA, marketing, development and various stakeholders
