Job Description:
- As a Senior Full-Stack Development Advisor, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications.
- You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.
What you'll do:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support client's business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance using Spring and microservices.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Experience you'll need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in software development
- 4+ years of experience in Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages
- 4+ years of experience in Spring, and Microservices.
- 4+ years of experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services
- 4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps and Kafka
- 4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience in the financial services industry
