Job Summary

Join a cutting-edge AI team as a Finance Domain Expert, where your deep financial expertise will shape the future of intelligent systems. You'll collaborate with engineers and product teams to define workflows, build evaluations, and guide data curation for large language models (LLMs) tailored to financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Design: Define and document core financial workflows such as M&A deal analysis, company valuation, and portfolio construction.
• Evaluation Development: Create test cases and benchmarks to assess LLM performance, including input/output mapping and success criteria.
• Capability Testing: Design evaluations to measure LLM proficiency in financial statement analysis, market trend identification, risk assessment, and data extraction.
• Data Strategy: Advise on sourcing and annotating high-quality financial datasets for model training and fine-tuning.
• Model Feedback: Collaborate with product teams to review model outputs and suggest improvements for accuracy and relevance.
  

Required Qualifications

• Domain Expertise (12+ years preferred): Proven experience in one or more of the following:
  • Investment Banking (M&A, capital markets, corporate finance)
  • Private Equity (deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management)
  • Asset Management (portfolio strategy, investment analysis)
  • Equity Research (financial modeling, company analysis, report writing)
• Experience Levels Accepted: Entry-level, mid-level, and executive-level professionals with relevant domain knowledge.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to deconstruct complex financial processes into structured, measurable components.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience working with technical teams is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in creating evaluation criteria and reviewing model outputs is essential.
