Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team in Haslet, Texas. This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the seamless functionality of our IT systems and support operations across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, excel in resolving technical issues, and ensure a high level of professionalism in every interaction.

Pay: 30-38 per hour
Duration: 12-24 Month Contract to hire
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IT equipment, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain system hardware and software, adhering to design specifications.
Monitor system performance and conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
Collaborate with network engineers and external vendors to provide technical support for warehouse operations.
Administer user access through Windows Active Directory, Office 365, InTune, and other relevant platforms.
Manage technical relationships with external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Track, manage, and resolve IT issues promptly using a ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and application concerns to minimize downtime.
Develop and refine standard procedures to enhance team efficiency and workflows.
Provide on-site and remote support to customers across multiple locations, including lifting and moving equipment up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate or distribution setting.
At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems.
Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners, and handheld terminals.
Solid understanding of network troubleshooting principles.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage issues in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco, Linux (Redhat), or Microsoft hardware installation.
Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
