Job Description:
Talent Groups is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to support a Microsoft Dynamics development team. This role will focus on testing Dynamics stories and related functionality to ensure reliable, high-quality solutions are delivered to production.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of new functionality in Dynamics and related Canvas Apps
• Verify UI behavior, backend data storage, and triggers
• Independently set up and manage test data
• Test security roles and system settings
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide feedback on stories and deliverables
• Test email templates, Power Automate workflows, and Canvas Apps
• Proactively design and execute testing scenarios to prevent production issues
• Support fast-paced sprints by reducing testing bottlenecks

Tools and Environment

• Technologies: Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365, Canvas Apps
• Collaboration: Confluence, Miro
• Agile team environment with strong collaboration and cameras-on communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Business Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst with expertise in Dynamics 365 (CRM)
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, regression testing, and smoke testing
• Experience working in Agile environments with exposure to Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Ability to identify risks and adapt testing approaches as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
