Responsibilities:
- Candidateage and support the Dynamics AX Retail POS system across multiple retail locations.
- Configure and customize POS interfaces and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Ensure reliable and secure data flow between POS systems and the Dynamics AX backend.
- Work with the Retail HQ module to manage store operations, product catalogs, and pricing.
- Monitor and maintain batch jobs related to POS transactions and data synchronization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sales transactions, reporting, and system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, retail operations, and finance to ensure system alignment with business goals.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, specifically in the Retail POS and Retail HQ modules.
- Strong understanding of POS configuration and customization.
- Experience with batch job management, sales transaction processing, and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
