How You Will Make An Impact
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, ERP consultants, and technical teams to define requirements and resolve system challenges.
- Assess and document existing workflows and business processes impacted by ERP.
- Identify root causes of ERP usability issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Partner with IT and development teams to ensure integrations, workflows, and automations align with business needs.
- Support system testing, validation, and end-user training to ensure adoption of improvements.
- Provide reporting and documentation to track issues, solutions, and enhancements.
- Contribute to ERP stabilization efforts including upgrades, patch testing, and system optimization initiatives.
Do You Have a Track Record of Success in ERP Business Analysis?
- 3+ years of experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
- Proven experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and supporting ERP implementations or optimizations.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules related to manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or operations.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and system configurations.
- Experience supporting ERP integrations with third-party applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical groups.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on root-cause problem solving and process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Nice-to-have: Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine).
