Job Title: Help Desk Analyst
Location: Chesterfield, VA (Onsite-5 days per week)

Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding VSP services and direct users appropriately.
- Identify root causes of user problems through effective information gathering and analysis.
- Track and document all support requests using established systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance user satisfaction.
- Maintain proficiency in VSP's technology platforms and tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
