Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support SAP MM (Materials Management) module implementation and support projects.

  • Handle end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes including requisitioning, purchasing, goods receipt, and invoice verification.

  • Work with SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) to manage supplier collaboration, sourcing, and procurement strategies.

  • Configure and customize SAP MM, PTP, and SRM modules according to business requirements.

  • Conduct business requirement analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, and create functional specifications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, WM, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.

  • Provide production support, resolve tickets, and participate in change management and enhancements.

  • Train end-users and create documentation and user manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM module (purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification).

  • Deep understanding of PTP lifecycle, including integration with SAP FI.

  • Experience with SAP SRM (Supplier Self-Services, Sourcing, Contract Management).

  • Knowledge of SAP customizing and configuration (SPRO).

  • Ability to create detailed functional specs and work with technical teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • SAP certification in MM or SRM is a plus.
