Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP MM (Materials Management) module implementation and support projects.
Handle end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes including requisitioning, purchasing, goods receipt, and invoice verification.
Work with SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) to manage supplier collaboration, sourcing, and procurement strategies.
Configure and customize SAP MM, PTP, and SRM modules according to business requirements.
Conduct business requirement analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, and create functional specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, WM, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.
Provide production support, resolve tickets, and participate in change management and enhancements.
Train end-users and create documentation and user manuals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM module (purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification).
Deep understanding of PTP lifecycle, including integration with SAP FI.
Experience with SAP SRM (Supplier Self-Services, Sourcing, Contract Management).
Knowledge of SAP customizing and configuration (SPRO).
Ability to create detailed functional specs and work with technical teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
SAP certification in MM or SRM is a plus.
