Job Title: Middleware Operations Support

Locations: Westerville, OH / Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term

Description:

  • Queue Management: Managing ticket distribution in AD and Cloud environments.
  • Start of Day (SOD) Validation: Receiving daily status reports and sharing consolidated reports with WAB leadership.
  • Monitoring Tools: Continuously monitoring a wide variety of information and distributed systems.
  • IT Operations Critical Response Coordination: Providing timely response to all incidents, outages, and performance issues.
  • Synthetic Transaction Monitoring: such as Supporting EPP payment processing issues.
  • Change Schedule Task: Tracking scheduled changes and incorporating them into a change tracker.
  • Maintenance Activity Tracker: Tracking maintenance activities performed on server and Database.
  • Control-M Monitoring: Monitoring scheduled jobs on a Control-M server and reporting job failures.
  • Daily Pulse Validation: Validating server and cloud environments.
  • Monthly Capacity Management: Managing incidents aging more than seven days.
  • Key Risk Indicators (KRI): Validating the availability of platinum applications.
  • Focused Production Monitoring: Removing QA/UAT/DEV servers from SolarWinds monitoring.
  • Knowledge-Base Articles: Creating and updating knowledge base articles and DMOC runbooks.
  • Juris Banking File Handler: Monitoring heartbeat messages and handling email management.
  • 24/7 FIS Portal Monitoring: Monitoring critical services on the FIS portal.
  • 24/7 MuleSoft Monitoring: Handling critical MuleSoft alerts.
  • Master Application Inventory: Maintaining a centralized paper CMDB of five towers.
  • Timely Assignments of Incidents: Monitoring active alerts and ensuring timely assignments.
  • Threshold Alteration Suggestion: Establishing suitable thresholds to prevent false positives.
  • Trends & Recommendation: Presenting trends and recommendations to assess the nodes of defaulters.
  • Drive toward first-touch remediation of incidents
