The job description is as follows:
Job Title: Middleware Operations Support
Locations: Westerville, OH / Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Description:
- Queue Management: Managing ticket distribution in AD and Cloud environments.
- Start of Day (SOD) Validation: Receiving daily status reports and sharing consolidated reports with WAB leadership.
- Monitoring Tools: Continuously monitoring a wide variety of information and distributed systems.
- IT Operations Critical Response Coordination: Providing timely response to all incidents, outages, and performance issues.
- Synthetic Transaction Monitoring: such as Supporting EPP payment processing issues.
- Change Schedule Task: Tracking scheduled changes and incorporating them into a change tracker.
- Maintenance Activity Tracker: Tracking maintenance activities performed on server and Database.
- Control-M Monitoring: Monitoring scheduled jobs on a Control-M server and reporting job failures.
- Daily Pulse Validation: Validating server and cloud environments.
- Monthly Capacity Management: Managing incidents aging more than seven days.
- Key Risk Indicators (KRI): Validating the availability of platinum applications.
- Focused Production Monitoring: Removing QA/UAT/DEV servers from SolarWinds monitoring.
- Knowledge-Base Articles: Creating and updating knowledge base articles and DMOC runbooks.
- Juris Banking File Handler: Monitoring heartbeat messages and handling email management.
- 24/7 FIS Portal Monitoring: Monitoring critical services on the FIS portal.
- 24/7 MuleSoft Monitoring: Handling critical MuleSoft alerts.
- Master Application Inventory: Maintaining a centralized paper CMDB of five towers.
- Timely Assignments of Incidents: Monitoring active alerts and ensuring timely assignments.
- Threshold Alteration Suggestion: Establishing suitable thresholds to prevent false positives.
- Trends & Recommendation: Presenting trends and recommendations to assess the nodes of defaulters.
- Drive toward first-touch remediation of incidents
