Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects that drive measurable business value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with IT and business leaders to manage the IT project portfolio and identify project opportunities.
Develop and scope business cases for proposed projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Oversee multiple systems and application development projects, from inception to completion, including resource allocation, milestone planning, and progress tracking.
Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring motivation and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and address project risks, issues, and challenges, escalating to upper management when necessary.
Create and present detailed project status reports and portfolio summaries to stakeholders.
Lead efforts to improve project outcomes by employing innovative problem-solving techniques and ensuring quality deliverables.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and project scope while resolving any conflicts that arise during the process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
Master's degree in Business or Management is preferred.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) is strongly preferred.
At least 7 years of experience managing IT projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
Familiarity with Salesforce and experience in the tower industry, leasing, or real estate is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Ability to travel up to 10% to support project responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to resolve issues, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
