Job Details
The Application Analyst II - Beaker provides customer and application support for Epic, Sunquest, and other health applications that support business processes across our acute services. The incumbent acts as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide assistance, guidance, and solutions to application and/or process issues and identifies root causes and proactive solutions. The incumbent partners with other vendor support teams to resolve application issues when necessary.
The Acute Clinical Application Analyst II provides on-call support as scheduled.
Required:
- 4-8 years' experience with Epic Beaker software support & implementations with Data Innovation (DI) integration.
- Strong project management and facilitation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, internet, Teams, WebEx, and other applications.
- Preferred: Haemonetics experience
- Epic Acute Module Proficiency or Certification in Beaker & Acute Clinical license (e.g., RN, LPN, Rad Tech, Lab Tech)
