The ideal candidate will possess a strong API development background, a solid understanding of modern identity and access management (IAM) practices, and a track record of delivering secure, scalable integrations across complex enterprise environments.
This is a customer-facing role that requires exceptional communication skills, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in dynamic project environments. You ll collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to design, develop, and support end-toend integrations across systems like Salesforce, internal APIs, and third-party platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and other Azure services.
Develop and manage APIs that are secure, scalable, and well-documented.
Collaborate with customers to define integration requirements and lead technical discussions.
Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Microsoft Entra External ID (formerly Azure AD B2C).
Ensure integrations follow security best practices, including endpoint protection and data privacy.
Troubleshoot integration issues and support production workloads.
Maintain reusable integration patterns and documentation to support long-term maintainability and reuse.
Work cross-functionally with Salesforce developers and business analysts on integration points and API consumption.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and Azure Functions.
- Proven background in RESTful API development and management.
- Deep understanding of OAuth, JWT, and modern API security protocols.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra External ID or similar CIAM platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex integration issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and common use cases.
Experience with other Microsoft Azure services such as Event Grid, Service Bus, or Data Factory.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
