Job Title: UI/UX Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer with a strong eye for design and expertise in front-end development to create intuitive, visually appealing, and high-performance user interfaces. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and technology, ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Prototyping:
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, interactive UI.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices.
- Front-End Development:
- Develop clean, efficient, and reusable HTML, CSS (Sass/Less), and JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js) code.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement responsive design principles for mobile-first experiences.
- User Experience (UX) Optimization:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to refine interfaces.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to iterate on UI/UX improvements.
- Work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless API integration.
- Design Systems & Collaboration:
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in UI/UX development for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in:
- Front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and modern styling (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind).
- Design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
- Strong understanding of:
- UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
- Performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting, etc.).
- Familiarity with:
- RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services.
- Version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and front-end development work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion design (GSAP, Framer Motion).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA).
- Familiarity with backend basics (Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Experience with testing tools (Jest, Cypress, Storybook).
