Job Title: Sr. Information Assurance Lead/CSSP Manager

LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a Sr. Information Assurance Lead/CSSP Manager to support our contract at the DoE NNSA in Washington DC that is contingent upon contract award.

Position Overview:
  • This candidate will fulfill both key personnel positions, as Sr. Information Assurance Lead and CSSP Manager, upon contract award from the DoE NNSA.


Job Duties:
  • The Information Assurance Lead provides management support, focusing on the Information System Security Officers, and the Information System Security Manager and Authorizing Official Designated Representative resource allocation and management
  • Provide a high capability to document, organize, communicate, assess, and review internal process that are subject to federal requirements, contractual obligations, and external audits.
  • Lead the team of SMEs assigned to Information Assurance activities


Required Qualifications:
  • Expert in project and program management
  • At least 15 years of experience working within the federal government community
  • Experience in managing a team that provides oversight, assessments, makes recommendations, and establishes best practices for improving operations, processes, and outcomes.
  • Experience in oversight and assessment activities with existing operational processes.
  • Experience providing continuous improvement, leading organizational change, and making recommendations to drive project performance.
  • Ability to ensure that the day-to-day operations are conducted in a manner that supports the NNSA OCIO and Federal stakeholders.
  • This Lead should have prior experience leading cybersecurity teams, preferably Information Assurance teams.
  • Strong writing and oral presentation capabilities in developing executive-level briefings, presentations, and recommendations for senior management
  • Expert understanding of the intricacies and unique relationships NNSA has with DOD, DOE, its Maintenance and Operating (M&O) Contractors, and other external stakeholders, partners, and customers
