Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will utilize the Service Now ticketing system to manage and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring that all assigned work is completed and proper communication with clients is maintained to meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction.
- Constantly monitoring your individual work queue, you will address routine and non-routine VDI issues and requests, identifying technical and process issues and recommending improvements as necessary.
- Compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures will be a key part of your role, as you complete tasks assigned by dispatchers and management.
- You will update service tickets promptly and accurately, resolving technical issues and acting as a point of contact for escalated issues, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Broad knowledge of Windows, Windows-based systems, and related technologies.
- Advanced technical computer skills required for technical support.
- Experience with the Service Now ticketing system.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Adaptive, flexible, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Desktop, Windows 10, and VMware.
