Location: Chicago, NY or Scottsdale (hybrid 3x week onsite and there will be an onsite interview)

This includes a web front-end for roles creation and management via our employee center portal by way of integration into AD to expose the useable AD groups that a hiring manager can assign to a role when they are defining it.

The roles GUI (graphical user interface) will allow for the creation of new roles by hiring managers and establishing of ownership and delegation of role management, the ability for a hiring manager or role delegate to manage an existing role they have ownership/delegation to, and for a hiring manager or role delegate to retire the usage of a role in general.

As a part of building out this roles-based access control, this contractor will also make the necessary workflow modifications to our onboarding process to ultimately provision all the system access through automation to AD that the role is defined to provide.

Basically what s needed: a ServiceNow App Admin (or developer) with at least 2 yrs of experience.

This contractor will be working on the build out of additional ServiceNow infrastructure called MID servers to expand our AD integration capabilities beyond the single domain we currently can automate against (), to also include , , and EWT.Local. This will allow our ticket automation to provision and remove system access (AD groups and users) from within each of those additional domains. The build-out of these additional MID servers will cover both our Production and non-Production instances to allow for workflow development via Integration to happen and to be teste
