D365 F&O Developer Retail/Apparel Domain
Location: Anaheim, CA
Client: HCL America
Job Description:
- One of our clients is approximately 50 60% of the way to go-live with their D365 Finance & Operations implementation and requires additional development and integration expertise to help drive the solution across the finish line.
- They are seeking a highly skilled hands-on D365 F&O Developer with deep retail/apparel industry experience to support ongoing implementation work, net new integrations, and architectural standardization across Finance, Commerce, and Supply Chain.
- The team culture is very social, and this individual must be a strong, open communicator who is comfortable engaging across technical and business teams in a highly collaborative environment.
Core Responsibilities
D365 F&O Development
- Hands-on development across Finance, Commerce, and Supply Chain modules
- Build forms, extensions, customizations, and X++ code
- Apply and enforce best practices and standardized development methods
- Contribute heavily to code reviews and solution governance
Integrations & Data Work
- Primary focus on integrating applications and data sources with D365 F&O
- Build net new data integrations using existing data pipelines (not pipeline creation)
- Work with Snowflake, Synapse Link, and other enterprise data systems
- Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration
- Leverage strong understanding of D365 architecture and integration patterns
Collaboration / Soft Skills
- Must be a strong, open, and social communicator
- Comfortable in an onsite, interactive, fast-moving environment
- Work closely with technical managers, project leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Provide architectural insight, best practices, and maintainable solution design
Required Experience
- 5 10+ years hands-on development with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong X++ development background
- Experience with Finance, Commerce, and Supply Chain modules
- Proven experience with data integrations, Snowflake, Synapse Link
- Strong architectural understanding of D365 F&O
- Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
