Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years experience as a ServiceNow Developer (experience w/ consolidations) in a large enterprise environment
  • End-to-end development within ServiceNow
  • 8+ years JavaScript, JQuery, protype and Jelly scripting experience in ServiceNow
  • Experience with web technologies including API's / CSS / XML / HTML / Webservices
  • Configure and customize Case Management, Tasks, Life Cycle Events, and Activities.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio and UI Builder.
  • Create and manage Service Catalogs, Order Guides, Record Producers, and advanced workflows.
  • Implement and support modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Release, Request, and Asset Management.
  • Build and maintain intuitive self-service portals and dashboards for CSM.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and UI scripting within ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, and Service Catalog.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow data model and relationships.
  • Experience with Flow Designer and low-code/no-code tools.
  • Strong expertise with ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Basic Auth, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Automation Engine.
  • Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices for ServiceNow
