Enterprise Project Manager 3
Location: Austin, TX 78751
Work Arrangement: 100% ONSITE (No Remote Work)

Project Manager 3 to coordinate multiple related initiatives and lead special projects as directed by agency leadership. This role supports enterprise-level project governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the successful delivery of critical projects.
Key Responsibilitiess
REQUIRED Qualifications
8+ years of experience researching, gathering, assembling, correlating, and analyzing information to solve complex problems and prioritize issues
8+ years of experience developing and delivering reports identifying technology and operational effectiveness gaps
8+ years of experience mapping business processes, identifying process improvements, and planning/facilitating meetings and group problem-solving sessions
8+ years of experience developing or contributing to:
Statements of Work (SOW)
Project charters
Design documentation
Test plans
Risk assessments
Project budgets, schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and cost estimates
8+ years of experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholders
8+ years of experience demonstrating strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
8+ years of experience managing multiple projects across large organizations, including:
Developing and managing project plans
Documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans
8+ years of experience ensuring issue resolution and removal of project barriers
PREFERRED Qualifications
7+ years of experience developing written materials such as:
Briefing documents
Administrative reports
PowerPoint presentations
for diverse audiences, including senior and executive management
5+ years of experience summarizing and escalating issues appropriately and developing and presenting:
Weekly written and verbal status updates
Regular project team status meetings
Project information, status reports, and budget updates
