Job Details

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
Base Agreement: These services will be provided for the duration of the agreement; Consultant should be responsive on weekdays between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm. 
User Requests:
Consultant will receive user requests that have been dispositioned by the SLCDPU Point of Contact (POC). It is expected that the consultant responds to these requests within two business days. These requests may include, but are not limited to:
• User log-in and access issues
• Re or clarifications needed on system process/function Corrections, adjustments, or deletion of in-process automated workflows • Role updates/replacements based on staff absences
• Retrieval of workflow data in excel format to produce ad-hoc reports
• Adjustments or creation of new views 
System Monitoring:
The Consultant should be routinely monitoring the system for issues and then resolve them quickly. Monitoring will aim to address both:
• Early identification of human error and resolution
• Identification and resolution of automated workflow errors or other site functionality issues.
System Coordination:
Consultant will coordinate with SLCDPU POC to ensure all issues are being addressed per their assigned prioritization. Consultant will also coordinate with City Information Management Systems (IMS) to ensure that the site continues to adhere to City IT requirements. Consultant will also resolve issues arising from the upgrades to City systems that affect Project Central. 
Additional Services:
When these services are required, they will be added to the agreement by amendment and on a year-to-year basis. 
System Additions and Adjustments:
Consultant should be able to update or add to existing system components. These additions or adjustments may include but are not limited to:
• Adjustments to the automated workflow process steps or roles
• Creation of new automated workflows
• Adjustment of existing site permissions
• Adjustment of existing automated reports
• Creation of new automated reports
 
Duration
 
A two (2) year period with the option to extend it for an additional three years. If extended, the developed tasks in the three (3) year extension period will be dependent on the department’s needs and on a year-to-year basis.
