Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain on-premises Windows Server infrastructure and services.
  • Manage AWS environments, including provisioning and maintaining EC2 instances, configuring Security Groups, and implementing ALBs and NLBs.
  • Support Microsoft 365 tenant administration, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and license/user provisioning.
  • Utilize Infoblox for DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Windows services and performance issues.
  • Assist with Palo Alto firewall configurations for basic rule creation, NAT, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate on network and security design to support infrastructure scaling and security posture.
  • Participate in change management, infrastructure documentation, and maintenance windows as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Windows Server infrastructure and related services.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, particularly Security Groups, ALBs, and NLBs.
  • Experience with Infoblox or similar enterprise-grade DNS/IPAM platforms.
  • Practical knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls including basic rule setup and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and user support.
  • Strong grasp of networking fundamentals: subnets, routing, firewall rules, and load balancing.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Exposure to hybrid cloud infrastructure and migrations.
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging platforms for infrastructure health.
