Job Details

Job Title: Kinaxis Certified consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Long Term

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Resource should work as AMS Consultant and Provide Support (in US business hours) to the client.
  • Should handle incident, service requests and problem tickets within SLA.
  • Should monitor Daily Integration activities and data loads.
  • Should interact with client closely and assist to find the root cause and resolution.
  • Should work with Offshore team and ensure ticket are resolved and review deliverables as required

Essential Skills:

  • Experienced and certified in Kinaxis Authoring, Integration & administration activities.
  • Strong knowledge of Resource Authoring (Workbook, forms, Worksheets )
  • Must have knowledge in L3 support activities like on call, Service Now, Incident, Service Request and Problem tickets.
