Description
Robert Half is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects across our organization.
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT projects, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
The IT Project Manager will work directly within the Project Management Office, while supporting projects at the direction of senior leadership to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting enterprise standards.
Essential Job Duties:
Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT and other projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
Work with and motivate stakeholders, including vendors, to deliver project outcomes.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and communicate project status to internal stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, requirements, and testing plans.
Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Ensure that all projects adhere to Industry best practices and internal policies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Project Teams by improving practices, tools, and techniques, and educating on and implementing agile methodology.

The successful IT Project Manager will be:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field preferred
Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Agile and Waterfall.
Technical knowledge in software development methodologies, database management, networking, security, and other related technologies.
PMP or Agile certification preferred
5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, including IT staff, contractors, a
and vendors.
Experience managing large, complex IT projects is preferred.
Experience creating and managing project budgets, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks.
