Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong technical and functional expertise across the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale ServiceNow environments with TNI (Telecom Network Inventory) and TSM (Telecom Service Management) modules as mandatory skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within the telecom domain.

  • Develop scalable, efficient, and secure ServiceNow applications aligned with business requirements.

  • Work extensively on TNI and TSM modules for telecom service operations and network management.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

  • Oversee integration of ServiceNow with external systems such as OSS/BSS, CRM, and ERP platforms.

  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, governance, and performance standards.

  • Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership for ServiceNow initiatives.

  • Conduct platform upgrades, performance optimization, and architecture reviews.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 13+ years of total IT experience, with at least 8+ years in ServiceNow.

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, development, and module configuration.

  • Mandatory experience with Telecom Network Inventory (TNI) and Telecom Service Management (TSM).

  • Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSM modules.

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with telecom systems and APIs.

  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes, Agile delivery, and platform governance.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and client communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).

  • Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and App Engine.

  • Exposure to cloud and SaaS-based architectures.

  • Prior experience working with major telecom operators or vendors.
