Requirements
- 3 or more years supporting Windows-based systems and Microsoft 365 in end-user environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration and user-level troubleshooting.
- Experience in user account provisioning and management through Active Directory.
- Experience with on-site hardware deployments including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Experience in supporting remote desktop sessions and resolving access-related issues.
- Experience with ticketing systems in high-volume support environments.
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills to operate in fast-paced, user-facing roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for Windows workstations, including issue resolution and configuration.
- Perform Office 365 admin tasks such as password resets, license assignment, and mailbox setup.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding tasks, including asset setup and user profile creation.
- Handle daily user support requests, balancing priorities in a high-demand setting.
- Maintain and administer user access in Active Directory and group memberships.
- Track, escalate, and resolve issues through ITSM/ticketing platforms.
- Support hardware deployments and troubleshoot end-user devices on-site.
