  • Senior Project Manager
  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team for an onsite, contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional team coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex technical initiatives from inception to completion.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Five (5) or more years of experience in managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders and departments.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and workflow optimization.
    • Demonstrated ability to guide Business Analysts and project teams through technical and procedural challenges.
    • Skilled in developing and enforcing project standards, deployment strategies, and best practices.
    • Ability to evaluate and recommend procedural alternatives and project implementation strategies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
    • Capable of representing project teams in meetings and professional settings.
    • Experience in leading technical, professional, or support staff in a project or operational capacity.
    • Proficiency in standard office software and project management tools.


    DUTIES & SCOPE OF WORK

    • Review and evaluate project goals, timelines, and internal project management processes.
    • Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
    • Provide leadership and strategic direction for Business Analysts and technical team members.
    • Develop and implement procedures and standards to ensure consistent project outcomes.
    • Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities across project lifecycles.
    • Prepare technical and narrative reports, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, files, and performance records.
    • Participate as a key member of workgroups and contribute to process enhancements.
    • Attend meetings and visit work sites as needed to support project success.


    SPECIAL SKILLS

    • Advanced project planning and execution expertise.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
    • Business relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience.
    • Organizational change management and innovation mindset.
    • Expertise in process mapping and continuous improvement.


    PREFERRED SKILLS

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma certification.
    • Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
    • Experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce platforms.
    • Familiarity with Generative and Agentic AI technologies.
    • Experience with Document Management and Case Management Systems.
