Position Summary: Design and develop enterprise healthcare software, ensuring project delivery, code quality, and system performance. Hands-on software development, testing and code reviews; support application and cloud back-end. Collaborate across teams, prepare technical documentation, and mentor junior developers.

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, including a minimum of 3 years specializing in Service/Health Cloud declarative customization
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Service/Health Cloud development experience, with demonstrated knowledge of Lightning Web Components and Service/Health Cloud data model
  • 3+ years of experience using GIT-based source control systems and CI/CD tools such as AutoRabbit or Copado
  • 3+ years working within healthcare, insurance, or payer organizations, with direct involvement in projects supporting patient engagement systems

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Rally.
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other ETL/Middleware tools.

  • Bachelor's degree.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$83,430.00 - $166,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
