Job Description
ECS is seeking a Systems Analyst to work in our Gulfport, MS office.
Candidate must coordinate UxS missions with all NOAA line offices and develop and oversee NOAA UxS operations and facilitate projects from conception, through approval, to execution. This includes developing and submitting IAAs/MOUS for approval requests for NOAA UxS acquisitional.

Required Skills
Appropriate UxS experience and expertise is needed to successfully execute the following tasks:
- Formulate and update NOAA UxS standard operating procedures
- Develop and implement improvements to UxS records management database of historical documents
- Review UxS operations to ensure that UxS are operated and maintained in accordance with applicable policy and/or regulations
- Processing requisition requests and submitting for approval via applicable platforms
- Facilitate UxS internal management reviews
- Assist in forecasting expenditure trends using financial systems and analytical tools.
- BS Degree with 2+ years of experience required.
Desired Skills
- Analyze historical financial data to support the development of annual and multi-year budget proposals.
- Collaborate with program managers and finance teams to collect, validate, and integrate budget estimates.
- Become familiar with NOAA UxS platforms and operations
