Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Lead and coordinate internal and external teams through all project phases.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with company strategy, goals, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience managing projects (IT, software, infrastructure, business, or engineering-related).
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification (preferred).
