Title: Senior Kore.AI Software Developer | Remote (Hartford, CT Client Location)
Location: Remote (Hartford, CT no relocation required)
Duration: 3+ Months (50% chance of extension)

Experience: 10+ years

Must-Have Skills
7+ years of software development experience
3+ years of bot development using Kore.AI or GenAI
Strong expertise in AWS / OpenShift Cloud
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Node.js
Hands-on with GitHub, Jenkins, Oracle, SQL Database
Background in Contact Center technologies
Nice-to-Have Skills

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Kore.AI cloud bots
Build and enhance chatbot/voicebot solutions leveraging Java, Node.js, and Spring Boot
Work on cloud-native development (AWS/OpenShift)
Integrate with contact center products and platforms
Ensure CI/CD automation using GitHub, Jenkins, and release orchestrators
Apply DevSecOps practices for secure deployments
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
Strong experience in enterprise-level bot development
Proven success in cloud-based applications and integration
