Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager with a strong background in financial services and IT strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing technology strategy, software development and life cycle infrastructure high-level strategy, and providing strategic guidance for long-term IT planning across various business groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead software development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage the life cycle infrastructure, including upgrades, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies to support long-term growth and efficiency goals.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business operations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10 to 20 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on financial services.
  • Proven track record of software development and life cycle infrastructure high-level strategy.
  • Strong understanding of life cycle infrastructure management principles.
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
