Job Title: Training Analyst (Preferred Ivalua Experience)

Location: Remote, MD (with willingness to travel if needed)

12+ months

Client: State of Maryland

Position Overview:
As a Training Analyst, your core responsibility will be to design, implement, and assess training programs and materials for the Ivalua system. Your goal is to ensure employees possess the essential skills and knowledge for effective job performance. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to identify training needs, develop relevant content, and measure the impact of training efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that support organizational goals and employee growth.
  • Work with subject matter experts to create engaging instructional content, including manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and interactive workshops.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments using surveys, interviews, focus groups, and consultations with management and stakeholders.
  • Manage the development and execution of training schedules, including coordinating all logistical aspects for training sessions.
  • Provide training directly to both end-users and suppliers.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously improve training programs by revising and enhancing content based on evaluation results and feedback.
  • Facilitate the integration of new technologies and processes into existing training programs.
  • Maintain precise records of all training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
  • Offer coaching and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure successful delivery of training content.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Ivalua (strongly preferred).
  • Experience in developing and delivering technical or system-based training programs, especially within government, procurement, or ERP environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Bachelor s degree in Education, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
