We are looking for a Sr Solution/Software Architect specializing in Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes (K8s) platforms is critical for organizations seeking to modernize and scale their cloud-native infrastructure. This position blends deep technical expertise with strategic vision, enabling enterprises to build robust, secure, and highly available solutions on container orchestration platforms

Key Skills required:-

  • Platform Architecture and Design: Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes. Develop scalable, resilient architectures that align with business goals and industry best practices
  • Cloud-Native Application Enablement: Guide development teams in refactoring legacy applications and building new cloud-native solutions optimized for OpenShift/K8s environments
  • DevOps and Automation: Architect continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated workflows to streamline deployment and operational efficiency
  • Security and Compliance: Implement robust security controls, including role-based access, network policies, and compliance frameworks tailored to containerized platforms
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and tune platform performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency across clusters
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable value
