Job Details

Genesis10 is seeking a Salesforce Technical Analyst for a contract position with our healthcare services client. This will be a remote opportunity.

Compensation: $60.00 - $73.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level.


Our client is seeking a Salesforce Capability Analyst to support a 3-month remote project. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to bridge business needs and system functionality, particularly within Salesforce CRM.
Responsibilities
  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
  • Perform data mapping and data translation activities, including gap analysis.
  • Document workflows, process flows, test scenarios, and user guides.
  • Support system decommissioning and integration-related activities.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment of requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test cases and scenarios to support validation efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience with requirements gathering and writing user stories in an Agile environment.
  • Strong background in data mapping/data translation.
  • Salesforce development experience (or deep knowledge of Salesforce data and objects).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation and user stories.
  • Technical background with understanding of integrated systems and workflows.
Desired Skills
  • Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, ECG, NAS, or related technologies.
  • Experience with decommissioning activities and migration projects.
