Description
We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Consultant to join our team on a Contract-to-permanent basis in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining our NetSuite platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and enhances operational efficiency. This position requires a proactive individual with deep expertise in NetSuite and a strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into NetSuite configurations.
Customize and implement NetSuite updates, enhancements, and integrations to improve system functionality.
Develop detailed process maps, test scenarios, and training materials to support system changes.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to optimize business processes using the NetSuite platform.
Manage data integration and ensure seamless communication between NetSuite and other system interfaces.
Script and customize NetSuite solutions to meet specific business requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between the company and NetSuite support for troubleshooting and system improvements.
Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to ensure users can maximize NetSuite capabilities.
Monitor and maintain system performance, addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience as a NetSuite Consultant or in a similar ERP/CRM role.
In-depth understanding of NetSuite suite scripting, workflows, and administrative functions.
Proficiency in client-side scripting, API development, and cloud technologies.
Strong grasp of business processes and ability to document business requirements effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
NetSuite certifications are highly desirable.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
