Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable ETL pipelines to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into data warehouses or lakes.

  • Manage and mentor a team of ETL developers, providing guidance, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

  • Collaborate with data analysts, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure that ETL processes meet business needs.

  • Optimize and fine-tune ETL processes for performance and scalability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues in production environments.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, including data mappings, transformations, and data lineage.

  • Build project plans, manage resources, and prepare status reports.

Required Skills :

  • 6 12 years in ETL development, with at least 2 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proficiency in tools such as SSIS, DataStage, Informatica, Talend, or TimeXtender Discovery Hub.

  • Strong skills in SQL; experience with Python, Java, or PySpark is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with cloud services like Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or Snowflake.

  • Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and leadership abilities.
