UX Designer (W2 Role)

Must be work on W2 basis no C2C candidates are accepted.

Role: UX Designer

Location: Dubuque, IA

Hybrid role

• Over 6 years of experience in planning, executing, and analyzing UX design projects within established design systems, applying user-centered design principles to complex interface challenges across web, mobile, desktop, and in-vehicle displays.
• Proficient in at least 4 years design and rapid-prototyping tools, including Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, and Adobe Illustrator, with more than 2 years of hands-on experience using Sketch and Figma.
• Strong background in visual interface design with over 4 years of experience, including 2+ years specifically focused on in-vehicle display systems.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams engineering, software development, marketing, and business leadership to deliver user-centric solutions.
• 3+ years of experience effectively communicating research methodologies, design concepts, data analysis, and usability testing outcomes to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to champion the end-user experience and influence digital product design across multiple product areas by applying UX metrics and user-centered design processes.
• Experienced in product discovery, design research, and concept validation, utilizing prototyping, user flows, storyboards, and existing research to guide early-stage design efforts.
• Adept at applying key design principles, including accessibility, visual hierarchy, brand alignment, and intuitive task flows, with a strong portfolio that reflects problem-solving through UI design.
• Familiarity with product development processes and technology lifecycles, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in domain-specific applications, including earthmoving equipment interfaces and operational use cases.
