Title: Lead Systems Analyst O365 Support
Work Location: Mahwah, NJ (Onsite)

Duration: 12 months

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Analyst O365 Support to provide expert-level support and strategic guidance for the Microsoft Office 365 suite. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable performance, robust security, and enhanced user experience across the organization by managing and optimizing O365 applications and associated services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical lead for O365 Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Manage monthly patching cadence for 110,000+ devices including desktops, Citrix workstations, and servers.
  • Perform patch deployment testing (Alpha/Beta), compliance checks, and remediation of unpatched devices.
  • Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions leveraging O365 capabilities.
  • Manage configurations, updates, and integrations for O365 applications across the enterprise.
  • Provide Tier-3 level support for complex escalated O365 issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to improve workflows and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with governance and security requirements.
  • Stay up to date on Microsoft enhancements and recommend improvements to drive user satisfaction and operational value.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in systems analysis or administration with 3+ years focused on O365 Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of O365 architecture, Office deployment methods, and enterprise integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Security compliance and controls
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting O365 Office at enterprise scale.
Familiarity with technical change management processes and frameworks
