Responsibilities
- Automate complex workflows using QRM tools and features.
- Configure and manage Auto Assist Scheduling tools to streamline operational processes.
- Design, test, and implement workflow optimizations to enhance platform efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with internal risk and control standards.
- Strong experience with QRM, particularly in workflow automation.
- Expertise in Auto Assist Scheduling within the QRM platform.
- Demonstrated success in workflow setup, optimization, and management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
