Job Details
Genesis10 is currently seeking 2 consultants for roles with our client in their NY, NY location (*may also be open to Sunnyvale or San Francisco, CA locations). These are hybrid roles requiring 2-3 days a week in the office.
*Associate Manager of Monetization Strategy, 12 month contract, Pay rate range: $49.52 - $60.10 hourly.
*Sr. Monetization Strategy Manager, 9 month contract, Pay rate range: $69.71 - $89.42 hourly
Summary:
Our Client's Monetization Strategy team is looking for consultants to help accelerate growth and improve go-to-market strategy. This individual will work closely with leaders in our sales, sales operations, and finance organizations to influence new commercial offers and establish the right measurement and tracking to assess their impact.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and track performance of commercial model initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to improve strategy, prioritization, and processes.
- Build analytical models to assess and refine global pricing strategy.
- Identify opportunities for AI solutions and implement AI processes.
- Partner cross functionally with technical and non-technical partners.
- Develop and manage governance, and operations to improve decision quality, escalation processes, sales velocity, and customer outcomes.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree.
- 2-6+ years' experience in Pricing, Business Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or Go-To-Market Strategy at a SaaS company or similar experience in an analytical role.
- Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Competence in learning about new AI tools and guiding team members in adopting them into workflows.
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
- Understanding how predictive insights can be used to anticipate customer behavior and drive targeted actions.
- Ability to structure and communicate complex information in a simplified manner.
- Comfortable with developing creative solutions under ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Experience engaging and collaborating with senior leaders & cross-functional partners.
- Experience working with field sales organizations, preferably in structuring or analyzing deals for enterprise SaaS companies.
