We're working with a rapidly growing consumer wellness startup that's redefining how people engage with food, health, and everyday well-being. Backed by top-tier investors and led by a product-driven founding team, they're building a mobile-first platform using modern design tools and cross-functional collaboration. This is a full-time remote opportunity.
This is an incredible opportunity for an android engineer who loves early-stage momentum and thrives in collaborative environments. You'll be the second full-time android engineer on the team, partnering directly with the founding iOS engineer, CTO, and product org. Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience building sophisticated mobile products
- Fluency in Kotlin
- Experience collaborating with engineers and product teams in fast-paced/startup environments
- Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup
- Interest or background in wellness, health tech, or habit-building products
- Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally
What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown
- 100% Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Tech Stack: Native mobile and web (iOS/Android + React-based platform) with MVVM architecture, Python backend, React frontend, & a Postgres database.
- 90% Hands-on engineering work
- 10% Strategy & cross-functional collaboration
