Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Salesforce Trainer to support a major CRM implementation within their organization. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering effective training for the upcoming Salesforce launch on December 1st, with training sessions kicking off in October. The role is hybrid.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary trainer for Salesforce, collaborating with HR and process owners
Design and deliver a full training program, including guides, documentation, and session materials
Work closely with the Phoenix team to understand business processes and how Salesforce has been configured
Help develop documentation and training content despite system limitations (in-progress development, unavailable screen prints)
Sit with process owners in August/September to gather insights and build use-case-based training modules
Assess and estimate training time required for 13 defined use cases
Conduct training for both pre-launch (October) and post-launch (as needed through January)
Support testing in the development environment and adjust training materials accordingly
Partner with Laura to create quick guides and supplemental material
Collaborate with a secondary trainer who is newer to the organization
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Proven expertise in Salesforce training, especially in large implementation environments
Strong experience creating and leading training plans, documentation, and instructional sessions
Business-oriented mindset with an ability to quickly understand and navigate company processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working across departments and with non-technical stakeholders
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
