Description
We are looking for a skilled PC Technician. In this contract position, you will play a key role in supporting sales operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to building, testing, and refurbishing equipment, while ensuring smooth inventory processes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales staff to confirm the accuracy of product orders and transactions.
Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory to ensure quality standards are met.
Build, test, configure, and refurbish hardware to prepare equipment for resale.
Update and manage inventory records, tracking all stock movements in the system.
Diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues on devices prior to resale.
Organize and assist with packing, labeling, and shipping of products.
Maintain an orderly warehouse environment to support efficient operations.
Follow company policies and safety standards in all inventory and equipment processes.
Requirements
Proficiency in computer hardware setup and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with associated hardware
Experience with Dell Technologies and Apple devices.
Knowledge of server systems and their configurations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and technical aptitude.
