Scope Of Services

• The Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the organization's network infrastructure.
• This role ensures high availability, scalability, and security of wired, wireless, and cloud-connected networks.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network protocols, strong hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to operate in fast-paced and mission critical environments.

Network Operations:

• Network design.
• Network configurations.
• Network maintenance.
• Network after hours support
• Network Hardware Inventory
• Verizon and Spectrum and FirstNet Support OTI Internal and Agency External
• Starlink Infrastructure maintenance

Mandatory Skills/Experience

• 8 years of work experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering or infrastructure support.
• Solid knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, DHCP, DNS).
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise-grade networking equipment.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark).
• Experience with firewalls (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet) and VPN technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments.
