Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales module, strong client-facing skills, and a proven track record of implementing end-to-end CRM solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of sales processes and Dynamics CRM functionalities to help clients achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze client requirements to design scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
  • Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales including entities, workflows, business process flows, and Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to propose CRM solutions to clients.
  • Manage full project lifecycle from planning to deployment.
  • Provide training and support to end users.
  • Work with integrations, third-party tools, and extensions like Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Stay current with product updates and new features in the Dynamics ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365, especially the Sales module.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead/opportunity management, pipeline reporting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
  • Familiarity with integration tools and APIs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (preferred).
