Description
Robert Half's enterprise client is looking for a Visual UX Designer for a 100% onsite contract opportunity. In this role you will conceptualize, illustrate, and deliver compelling visual designs, collaborating closely with interaction designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers throughout the design and development lifecycle. As a visual storyteller and advocate for design excellence, you will help define product vision and craft visually engaging UI designs that reach millions of users.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop scalable UX illustrations through a systematic and cohesive design approach.
Collaborate with senior leadership, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality visual assets in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Present design concepts with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
Evolve and maintain illustration frameworks to support future innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
A portfolio that demonstrates expertise in UX illustration.
Experience designing iconography within established design systems.
Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and style guide development.
Ability to create user-centered, innovative visual design solutions.
Experience developing North Star concepts that guide future product vision.
Collaboration experience with motion designers and illustrators.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work with technical, product, and engineering teams to implement designs.
Experience designing for mobile apps or other interactive digital platforms.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional design experience.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in visual UI design, interaction design, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
