  • JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • The IT Technical Project Manager will lead and support IT projects that enhance business processes, improve data systems, and deliver insights through automation and analytics. The role requires strong technical project management expertise, a hands-on understanding of Microsoft tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage IT and business automation projects from planning through successful implementation.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project objectives, gather requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
    • Develop business process automation using Microsoft Power Platform tools Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Lists.
    • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
    • Oversee and support database design, data integrity, and relational structure in SQL Server.
    • Apply AI fundamentals to improve workflows, decision-making, and analytics.
    • Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
    Required Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of proven experience managing IT or automation projects.
    • Proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate.
    • Strong working knowledge of SQL Server and database architecture.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Apps, Microsoft Lists, and Microsoft Fabric.
    • Understanding of AI concepts and their business applications.
    • PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
    Work Environment:
    • Hybrid role based in Marlborough, MA (onsite 2 3 days per week).
