Job Title: Retail POS QA Location: Hybrid onsite based in Providence, RI Employment Type: contract
Duration: 12 month contract

Job Description:

*Onsite is 100% required Day 1 and needs to have retail background with POS systems testing.

Retail POS QA - *Hybrid onsite based in Providence, RI* - 12 month contract

The ideal candidate will have experience in QA Testing, with a focus on developing and executing test cases/scenarios to ensure the quality of our retail point of sale applications. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, be adaptable to changes, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
  • 3+ years in retail experience with large-scale environment (Walgreens, Target, Walmart, Staples, TJX, BJ's, RiteAid, etc)
  • Strong retail background ideally working on point of sale/ POS testing
  • Experience developing test cases/scenarios to validate that business requirements/user stories are met for the application under test.
  • Experience executing test cases/scenarios and collect results to ensure that the product is tested with quality within the committed timelines.
  • Experience with databases (Oracle or SQL Server writing queries)
  • Associate degree in a business or technology-related field
  • Ability to work onsite Monday Friday 9am 5pm
